#BTC与代币化贵金属对比 $ZECThat afternoon, a few friends who trade gathered together for a chat. An older brother looked at the market and suddenly said, "In the crypto world, one day is like a year in the human world." I was indeed stunned for a moment. Thinking carefully—I've actually been messing around in this market for a full six years.

What does six years mean? It’s enough to turn a rookie into an expert, and enough for countless people to go from initial enthusiasm to later calmness (or say numbness).

I’ve seen too many newcomers with shining eyes when they first come in, their minds full of "Next wave, I will turn things around." They act quickly, dream big, believing that bull markets can last forever. Then reality hits them hard—one big downtrend, and all their enthusiasm collapses instantly.

Even more ruthless are those who experience roller coasters overnight. Some see their accounts double in the middle of the night, excited enough to stay awake until dawn; others wake up in the morning to find $BTC or $ETH directly halved, and they are stunned for a while. The waves in the crypto world come suddenly—they can lift you to the sky or smash you to the ground.

These six years have taught me one truth: there is no such thing as a "permanent winner" here—only those who endure and make it to the end.

Many think the hardest part is the market turning faster. Actually, it’s not. The real test is whether you can stay clear-headed between great joy and deep sorrow. When the bull market arrives, hold back and don’t rush to expand; when the bear market hits, also hold back and don’t rush to give up.

When I first entered, I also thought that in crypto, it’s all about skills and analysis. But the more I go on, the more I realize: skills are important, but mindset is truly the dividing line. When prices rise, don’t think you’re invincible; when they fall, don’t think the entire world is against you.

Some have lost their principal in three months; some take three years to figure out the market’s temper. Some turn things around in one cycle; others only realize how to play after a massive crash. $SOL $BNB $XRP, every rise hides greed; every fall reflects human nature.

In the end, it’s all about this: do you want to be someone who gets chopped by the leek forever, or do you want to be the one who laughs last? This question is worth asking yourself.

Six years... I've only been here for five years, it seems I still need to take more hits to understand.

On-chain data shows that mindset indeed has a greater impact on survival than technology, and I fully agree with this observation. Over the past few years of late-night market watching, I have seen too many contracts that started to inflate immediately after deployment. It’s worth noting that those who truly survive are the ones who can remain rational amid extreme volatility. Unsurprisingly, most failures are due to poor mindset. Six years of code version iteration... has truly revealed the true face of this market. From the data, the common trait among survivors is two words—restraint. Mindset is the dividing line, no doubt. But the problem is... who can really do it? Nine out of ten accounts I monitor fail because of themselves. It’s quite sobering, but that’s the reality. Most people who make it to the end are probably those who were forced to cultivate patience.

It's been six years and you're still here, which shows you have a good mindset. But I think, rather than obsessing over mentality, it's better to admit that luck sometimes works better than skill... Haha

Really, the mindset part is spot on. When I first got started, I was monitoring the market every day, and I couldn't sleep when there was a limit-down. Now I've let it go, and I live much more comfortably.

Six years... I've only been here for three years, and I've already experienced two major downturns, feels like I've lived for ten years.

Six years... I've only been in the game for a little over two years, and I've already experienced the rollercoaster of emotions. Truly, I can go from being a small winner to a debtor in one night, and it’s hard to wake up from that. The mental aspect is definitely the most challenging, more so than any technical analysis.
