The crazier the market gets, the clearer your mind must be.

Tonight, the Fed’s blade is about to fall—interest rate cuts. Sounds like free money? Be careful, it might be a funeral.

Remember last year’s move? Before the news came out, BTC skyrocketed from 60,000 to 68,000, with everyone shouting “Bull market is here.” But when the shoe dropped, it immediately smashed through 52,000. I know a guy who went all-in at the top, now he’s just sitting halfway up the mountain waiting for rescue.

This is the bloody version of that old saying: Expectation makes you happy, reality hits you hard when you sell.

You might say, aren’t institutions疯狂扫货? Yes, but they’re playing a long game, holding low-cost chips from half a year ago. And you? You’re betting on tonight’s 12-hour heartbeat. Look at ETH’s RSI, it’s already in the overbought zone. Institutions can shake out the盘 and still profit. Want to chase the high? One pullback is enough to knock you out.

What should you do?

Three simple and brutal life-saving rules:

**First, lock in 30% of your position.** No matter how tempting, don’t go all in. I’ve seen someone put all their wedding money into BTC. When the news dropped, it fell 15%, and they were completely shattered.

**Second, set your stop-loss properly.** If ETH hits 3400, set your stop at 3250; if BTC hits 98,000, then 92,000 is your critical line. Don’t hold onto false hope—they won’t turn back just because you say “wait a little longer.”

**Third?** Forget it, the original text didn’t finish. But the first two are enough—staying alive is more important than anything.
BTC-1.89%
ETH-1.64%

Is that guy from last year still doing well? I mean the one who was all-in.

nah this fed move is literally the "trust me bro" moment before everything gets liquidated. saw the same pattern with bridge exploits—everyone's like "it's fine, audited," then boom, $100m gone. RSI screaming overbought = attack vector wide open, fr fr.

It's another story of "expectation to buy happily, reality to sell miserably," a common cliché. --- When the shoe drops, don't blame the market for being ruthless; it's your own wishful thinking. --- Full position to the top is really a skill; I just can't understand why anyone would gamble like that. --- The institution's chips from half a year ago versus your 12-hour heartbeat tonight—this calculation is never worth it. --- ETH is overbought but still chasing; no wonder it's being shaken out. --- Drawing the stop-loss line poorly will eventually leave you stranded halfway up the mountain. --- A 30% position is the most realistic; those going all-in are just gamblers. --- Expectations and reality are always ten thousand miles apart, it's that simple. --- That last line, "Living is more important than anything else," is indeed the truth; everything else is nonsense.

Oh no, it's the same old trick again; expectations and reality are always worlds apart. --- The guy who went all-in and tried to hit the top is probably still regretting it. I'm telling you, stay calm in these situations. --- Don't expect to sip the soup when institutions are eating the meat. They’re playing a different level of the game. --- Have you set your stop-loss line, everyone? Don’t wait until it crashes to regret it; by then, it’s too late. --- Honestly, I just laugh when I see RSI overbought. It takes real courage to chase the high at this point. --- Living is the top priority. Repeating this phrase never gets old, right? --- Putting all your marriage money into a 15% drop and then crashing? Bro, you really need to work on your mental resilience. --- It’s always the same. At critical moments, someone bets their life, and then there’s nothing left.
