Been holding this coin for literal months now. Position's not moving. Strategy's not changing.

But somehow I still find myself glued to that 1-minute chart like it's gonna tell me something groundbreaking.

Every. Single. Candle.

Anyone else, or just me being ridiculous here?

Bro, this is a sickness. Long-term holding still requires resisting the urge to check the charts. Watching the one-minute chart is pure self-torture.

It's like looking at a newly unearthed pottery shard; the surface hasn't changed, but you still want to read a story from the patterns. Psychology calls this "confirmation bias"—the chart has actually already told the story, and the rest is just made up by yourself.
