Controversial opinion: InfoFi might've caused more damage than value. The hype around information-as-collateral models created unrealistic expectations, while actual implementation brought liquidity issues and user confusion. Sometimes innovation isn't automatically progress.

The information collateral system, to put it simply, is just using concepts to scam people. There are a bunch of liquidity issues, and users end up getting completely screwed.

I've always thought that this information collateral thing was nonsense. A bunch of people follow the trend and hype it up, resulting in users losing money, liquidity drying up, and in the end, the so-called "sucker" has to clean up the mess. Innovation? Wake up. It's just a capital scheme with a different disguise.

Information asset collateral... To be honest, I also went through this wave. Only after losing money did I realize what false expectations are. Back then, I went all in, but the liquidity collapsed. Looking back now, it was a lesson the market taught me. The prerequisite for rebirth is to first recognize that reality is not something to be blown out of proportion.

Ah, I might offend some people by saying this, but this wave of InfoFi is indeed a game of hot potato... It sounds fancy, but users are actually clueless.

Honestly, infofi is just a house of cards. Everyone wants to hype it up when promoting the concept, but once it actually launches, there are all sorts of pitfalls.

I already said that this set of information used as collateral is not feasible at all. Only now are you seeing it, huh?
