Saw a public offering without locking, 20M@1B valuation, first come, first served. Earlier this year, a locked project with 100M invested, and its book value has already increased tenfold. It's a typical low MC high FDV structure… Will this round really raise enough? I have my doubts. The market seems to be increasingly cautious about this kind of valuation model.

The old idea of low MC and high FDV should have been phased out long ago. Whether this round of financing can succeed is really hard to say.

low mc high fdv is basically just a casino roulette with extra steps ngl... the pattern recognition here screams accumulation phase tho, whale clustering around these raises is starting to show statistical significance
