Regulators are pointing fingers at a Bitcoin exchange for allegedly turning a blind eye to illicit activity on its platform. Word on the street? Paxful reportedly became a playground for money launderers and bad actors—and enforcement agencies claim the platform was well aware of what was going down. This raises bigger questions about compliance standards across crypto trading venues.

Paxful this time is really dragging down the reputation. Are you blind? The money is almost washed clean, and you're still pretending not to see?

NGL Paxful's issue should have been investigated long ago. It's really outrageous that the platform pretends to be clueless.

This issue with Paxful should have been investigated long ago. They keep claiming to be decentralized every day, but in reality, they're more blind than banks... Compliance is just a paper tiger.

ngl, seen this movie before... paxful's compliance gaps remind me of the liquidity fragmentation we watched collapse in 2023. when platforms ignore the attack vectors brewing in their order books, it's only a matter of time before regulators start tracing the routing paths. trust assumptions? gone. slippage tolerance for regulatory risk? should've been way lower from the start tbh

Here we go again, did Paxful really mess up this time? I've heard for a while that their liquidity premium there is ridiculously high, and now I understand why—it's all dirty money building positions, brother. On-chain data speaks for itself; this compliance risk will definitely be triggered sooner or later.
