Recently, the lifecycle of new coins from 土狗 (literally "stray dog") projects has become shorter and shorter, basically going to zero once the hype passes. Conversely, those old coins that the market has forgotten may hide opportunities.

My personal approach is to find projects whose narrative logic still exists but have been sideways for a long time without attention, and to quietly accumulate small positions. Take a certain European-style ecosystem coin as an example—there was little movement a few days ago, then it quietly surged tenfold, probably most people didn't notice. True "golden dogs" are like this; looking at the DOYR wave, whether it's launching on new platforms or suddenly pumping, there’s no time to react—miss it, and you miss it.

So the key is patience. Lay out your positions in advance and wait for the wind to come. Wishing everyone can catch their own golden dog.

Patience is easy to talk about, but few can really hold on... Consolidation coins are indeed easy to overlook, but the premise is that the project itself still has a breath of life; otherwise, it's just betting on revival. I'm still a bit cautious. That surge of ten times really left no reaction time. I was cut during that time, and now I stay far away. Early ambushes sound sexy, but don't make it seem like gambling. You need to be cautious. This short-cycle altcoin wave has indeed become fast food, which actually highlights the old projects. Gotta admit, there's some logic to it.

I'm also trying the strategy of burying old coins, the key is to be able to endure loneliness. --- The tenfold market movement just quietly passed by, truly impressive. --- Patience may sound simple, but few can truly wait it out. --- Sideways projects test the most patience; most people can't hold on. --- Coins with a narrative, a fundamental basis, and little attention are indeed worth watching. --- The moment of pump is so sudden that you can't react at all; this is the cruelty of the Golden Dog. --- Compared to chasing new coins, I now want to find the forgotten ones. --- I learned the trick of small position ambush — look for coins with a story. --- Having seen too many coins that quickly zero out, old coins are still more reliable. --- I really didn't see that tenfold coming a few days ago; those who ignored it must be regretting now.

Be patient and wait for the wind to come. It sounds easy, but how many can truly persist?

Patience? I've waited half a year and still haven't seen anything, it's hilarious. --- Ten times? I haven't seen it, did I miss it again? --- I've heard this logic a hundred times, and every time it's someone else's golden dog. --- Small positions lurking feel easy, but in reality, they're all traps. --- Here comes another story, still writing code while making real money. --- Is it possible that there's simply no opportunity to forget, just luck. --- How come I didn't know about the tenfold increase a couple of days ago? Please share the link. --- Anyway, I can't hold on; I sell when it rises a little, but end up missing out. --- It sounds good, but it's just gambling. Win the gamble and it's a golden dog; lose and you're wiped out.

Horizontal old coins are indeed easy to overlook, but the ones that can multiply tenfold are even fewer. Wait, which specific Euro-based ecosystem coin are you referring to? Can you share your thoughts? Exactly, the key is not to be greedy. Small positions and trial and error are the most important. I also missed the DOYR wave, and I regret it to death. Laying in wait is more like gambling, but with good risk management, the odds can indeed tilt in your favor. Real blue-chip coins are not even accessible to ordinary retail investors; you guys are all bagholders. This idea is good, but patience is really difficult, especially when watching others' prices rise.

Sideways old coins are indeed easy to overlook, but the problem is that most people don't have the patience to truly wait for the wind to come. Wait, even a tenfold rally goes unnoticed? That doesn't sound right. It's fine to position yourself, but don't bet your entire wealth on "waiting for the wind," as you might end up with a zero wind.

Old coins lurking really do make many people profit, but you need to have strong mental resilience. That DOYR event was truly amazing, I couldn't react in time. Exactly, patience and waiting for the right moment is the right way. A sideways market for a year suddenly tenfolds, it's awesome. Honestly, most people are still too greedy for quick gains, rushing in as soon as the hype starts. Old coins are indeed easy to overlook, but that's also where the opportunity lies. Trying with a small position doesn't matter, just waiting for that one sudden takeoff.
