Wall Street tycoons forecast the S&P to hit 7700 points, with cryptocurrencies listed as a key sector for next year

【CoinPush】Renowned Wall Street analyst Tom Lee recently made a bold prediction— the S&P 500 could reach 7,700 points next year. This means the bull market will continue for the fourth year, with approximately 11.8% upside potential.

His reasoning is quite interesting: the market keeps climbing amid worries (the so-called Wall of Worry effect), the AI wave is still driving tech stocks to soar, and the Federal Reserve might shift to an easing policy. The combination of these three factors makes it hard for the market not to rise.

Looking back at this year’s performance, the S&P 500 increased by 17%, which is quite moderate, but the communication services and technology sectors skyrocketed—up 33% and 27%, respectively. Lee’s betting on next year is also clear: the most worth关注 sectors are technology, AI, cryptocurrencies, materials, energy, and finance.

Cryptocurrencies are specifically singled out and placed alongside traditionally strong sectors, indicating that institutions are beginning to change their attitude toward digital assets. Coupled with the continued explosion of AI and tech, the Web3 sector might see more capital inflow next year.

7700?Ha, it's the same old Wall Street hype again. Cryptocurrencies are really about to take off, but why haven't we seen it yet? Institutional attitude change? Let's wait and see. The S&P rose 17% and is still moderate. Laugh out loud. You guys really dare to say that. Again, it's the Federal Reserve and AI, master storytellers. Wait, does this logic hold? Rising amid concerns must mean it will definitely go up? Single out for being the most ridiculous; Bitcoin hasn't even halved before. Cryptocurrencies and finance listed side by side—are they not a slap in the face to the comments from two years ago? Can it still rise by 11.8% next year? I bet five bucks it breaks 7000. A 27% increase in tech stocks isn't enough? These people really have a big appetite.

Cryptocurrency is finally being taken seriously by institutions, and this time it's not just hype. Tom Lee is still as optimistic as ever, but honestly, 7700 points feels a bit conservative. AI, crypto, energy stacking... next year definitely has potential, it all depends on whether the Federal Reserve loosens its stance. Here we go again, every time they talk about concerns and walls, but the market just keeps going up... I'm impressed. The fact that cryptocurrency is being mentioned alongside traditional finance is quite significant, showing that the story is becoming more aligned. An 11.8% margin feels a bit tight; it seems not enough room has been left.

Cryptocurrency has been named by institutions this time it's really different --- Tom Lee's prediction this time, an 11.8% increase... sounds not that crazy, rather a bit cautious? --- The key is whether the Federal Reserve will really cut interest rates, that's the core --- Technology stocks have already risen so much, do they need to continue? The bubble is a bit big, brother --- Cryptocurrency has finally been listed, it feels like institutions are really serious --- The wall of worry... nicely said, but isn't it just fear of missing out --- Betting on cryptocurrencies next year, it feels like I'm about to get cut again --- AI reaching this height, it feels a bit like overextending the future --- S&P 7700, sounds ridiculous, but who knows, 2024 will be crazier than anything --- Institutions are separating cryptocurrencies, do they really believe in it or just want to harvest retail investors again --- This prediction is not convincing, they keep blowing it every year --- The energy and materials sectors have been neglected for too long, they really should rebound --- The Fed turning to easing... good grief, the money-printing game continues?

tom lee calling 7700 is basically just wall of worry on steroids... the man's got a point tho, fed pivot + ai hype is a cheat code. but ngl 11.8% feels conservative when tech's been printing 27% like it's nothing lol

Wait a minute, can cryptocurrencies and tech stocks be listed together? Does this imply something --- Tom Lee is back to making rosy forecasts, but I think an 11.8% increase is conservative --- The key question is whether the Federal Reserve will really loosen policy; that's the real deciding factor --- The "Wall of Worry" effect sounds intimidating, but it's actually just about not overthinking and rushing in --- The fact that cryptocurrencies are listed separately definitely signals a change; institutional attitudes have indeed shifted --- Tech + AI + crypto surging together? Are we really about to take off next year --- I just want to know if he bought in. If you're making predictions but not acting on them, you're just talking nonsense --- Hitting 7700 points sounds great, but the question is who can hold on until the very end --- AI wave + loose policies + crypto revival, this combo is pretty powerful --- When institutions recognize the status of cryptocurrencies, what does that mean? I don't need to say more, right

Cryptocurrency is finally gaining attention from Wall Street, this is the recognition we wanted. Tom Lee is right; the wall of concern is the best buying point. Next year will be stable. Technology and crypto are taking off together; this wave really can't be reversed. Why does it seem like institutions are more optimistic about the crypto market than retail investors... but I don't oppose it either. 7,700 points? If the Federal Reserve really loosens policy, it might directly break 8,000. Cryptocurrency being listed as a key sector indicates that big funds are finally coming in, waiting to take over the market.

Cryptocurrency is really about to turn around, and institutions are taking it seriously Tom Lee is optimistic, so I’m following suit, anyway AI is rising, can the crypto world be far behind? 11.8% and still climbing? Just thinking about it gets me excited, I’ll need to increase my holdings next year Institutional attitude shift, this signals something extraordinary, finally no longer being discriminated against Loose policies + AI + crypto, is a perfect storm coming? Technology, AI, and crypto all in one line, this rhythm feels right The S&P is aiming for 7700, what about my investment portfolio? Hehe Feels like another prelude for retail investors to enter, but I still want to get on board The AI wave bringing crypto, this combo is quite unbeatable Wall of worry effect? Sounds like a secret to making money

Cryptography is now being valued by institutions. This time, it's truly different. --- It's Tom Lee again. Why are his predictions always so accurate... --- Wait, AI + crypto + easing policies, this combination is set to take off next year, right? --- 7700 points? Let's first earn the 17% of this year before talking, haha. --- Technology and crypto listed together—this signal is a bit meaningful. --- The fourth year of the bull market is still rising—does it ever end? --- The "Wall of Worry" effect—meaning the more worried, the more it rises, right? --- Institutional attitude has shifted; it should have been like this a long time ago. --- When the Federal Reserve eases, everything takes off—simple and straightforward. --- Communication services 33%—why didn't I catch that? Sigh.

Really, has cryptocurrency finally gained Wall Street's serious attention? Is Lee's prediction reliable, or is it just another big bluff? 7700 points? Seems a bit risky, we'll still have to watch the Federal Reserve's stance next year. The fact that crypto is listed separately is very significant; institutions are really shifting their focus. But technology and AI have already been overhyped, can they still rise by 11.8%? The wall of worry sounds intimidating, but it's actually just a repeat of old tricks. Next year, focus on these key sectors. I'm going All in on crypto. S&P aiming for 7700? Why not bet on Bitcoin reaching 100,000? Believe half of what Wall Street says, the real opportunities are on the chain. This prediction is out, retail investors are probably about to get chopped again.
