#加密生态动态追踪 Don't rush to cut your losses; "slow money" is the real ticket to entry in this round of the market.

The most agonizing part of a bull market isn't the lack of momentum but watching others' coins double or triple in a week or two while your mainstream holdings remain stubbornly stagnant—sometimes even being heavily suppressed by MEME coins and AI concept tokens.

Yesterday, a friend complained that their top coin hadn't moved in three weeks, while Dogecoin and Shitcoin kept tripling or quintupling in value every now and then. They couldn't sleep at night scrolling through the order book, finally giving in to sell their core holdings to chase the hot trend. And what happened? They bought in right before a pullback that caused a sharp drop. When they looked back, the coin they sold had already quietly hit new highs. That kind of experience really hits hard, doesn't it?

Thinking carefully, this seems to be the pattern in the early stage of a bull market—major coins lead the rally to generate hype, while smaller coins are quickly pumped and dumped. Those early soaring altcoins are often not driven by genuine demand but by quick capital inflows that immediately exit after bottom fishing. In contrast, your mainstream holdings, although rising more slowly, are supported by the market's larger cycle—gradually accumulated by institutions and big funds, with a solid foundation.

Don't forget—history's cycles are never just comforting stories. In the last bull run, coins like SOL and AVAX skyrocketed from a few dollars to hundreds. The coins you now think are "not powerful enough" might be the next leaders everyone will want to buy in the next phase. Instead of chasing high and selling low, scattering your principal, it’s better to hold tightly to your selected targets and wait for the wind to rise—true big gains are always made by waiting, not rushing.

That's right, but I just can't control my hands. Watching others make money makes my eyes turn red. No matter how tightly I hold my coins, I want to sell them all to chase the hot spots. As a result, I'm always the bagholder...

Here comes that same old "Hold on to mainstream coins" hype again. I believed it last time, but my "slow money" is still losing now.

It's the same old story... The words may be true, but when the account starts to drop, who the hell can stay calm?

Exactly, that's the biggest torment of this mental demon. Me too, watching those MEME coins double every day, while the mainstream coins in my hands are dead as hell, really want to smash the screen. But after being cut last time, I learned my lesson and now I firmly hold onto BTC and ETH, after all, that's how history has gone.
