I just saw a news report that a SPAC company called Meshflow Acquisition on NASDAQ has completed its IPO. This issuance was quite large—34.5 million units, each priced at $10, raising a total of $345 million. Each unit includes Class A common stock and redeemable warrants.
The key point is the company's investment focus: they are targeting the crypto infrastructure, decentralized coordination tools, and Web3 sectors. It seems that traditional capital markets have gained another player in the crypto space, and now it remains to be seen which projects they will invest in.

$345 million invested in Web3? This SPAC really dares to play, but I'm just worried it will end up a total mess again.

watched meshflow pop on nasdaq and honestly... it's just trad capital finally catching the memo. 3.45b is nothing when you think about actual infrastructure plays tho, kinda mid if we're being real

345 million another SPAC, will this time really lead to good projects or just PPT fundraising again?

ngl meshflow dropping $345m into infrastructure is actually interesting... but like, everyone's doing "web3 infrastructure" plays now. what actually matters is the protocol sustainability thesis—which projects they actually back
