Exactly this. When your most loyal supporters become your harshest critics, something's gone seriously wrong. How do project founders not realize that alienating the community that built you up is brand suicide? The TCG won't save you if you've already burned those bridges. Maybe it's time to actually invest back into the people who believed in you from day one.
