Starting with 'U' doesn't work, I can activate it even without a green bar, but starting with 'A' works.

Your KYC should still be a yellow or green bar to activate the wallet.

I'm also 8 green 9 yellow. Creating a new wallet doesn't work, refreshing doesn't work, nothing works. I guess I still need to wait.
