Who hasn't suffered losses in the crypto world? I was liquidated once, losing 10 million in a night—an experience of falling from heaven to hell that I still remember vividly.

But I later realized that no matter how bad the situation, there is always a chance for a comeback. I started with only 10,000 yuan and turned it into 38 million over three years. The strategy I taught my apprentice doubled his funds in just three months. Today, I’m sharing everything openly with you.

**Fund management is always the first line of defense**

Divide your principal into 5 parts, and only use one part each time to trade. Set a stop-loss at 10%, so that each loss is at most 2% of your total funds. Even if you lose five times in a row, your total loss remains within 10%—this is how you stay alive. When making profits, stay disciplined and leave at least 10% room before taking profits—that’s the key to avoiding being trapped.

**The core of trading is two words: follow the trend**

During a downtrend, any rebound is just a trap to lure buyers—don’t be fooled. In an uptrend, a pullback is an opportunity to buy the dip; that’s when you should act. Going against the market is the stupidest choice—always remember this.

Stay away from coins that surge dramatically in a short period, whether they are top projects or small coins. Few coins can sustain multiple waves of major upward movement. Short-term rapid rises often mean the momentum is exhausted, and stalling at high levels is usually a prelude to decline. Don’t be the last to buy in.

**MACD won’t deceive you**

When DIF and DEA form a golden cross below the zero line, and both lines cross above zero, that’s the signal to enter. Conversely, if a death cross appears above zero, reduce your position immediately. Another strict rule: never add to a position when you’re losing money. Doubling down during a drawdown only deepens your trap. Profits are the only time to add and increase gains.

**Volume is the "funding thermometer"**

A volume breakout after consolidation at a low level is a signal to watch closely. But if volume surges at a high level and the price doesn’t move up, it’s a danger signal—exit immediately.

Only trade coins whose moving averages are trending upward. A 3-day moving average trending up is good for short-term trades, a 30-day for medium-term holding, and only when the 84-day moving average is rising do we see a true major upward wave.

**Review your trades every day at close**

Are the coins you hold still aligned with your trading logic? Does the weekly chart still match your expectations? If any trend reversal signs appear, adjust your strategy immediately—this step cannot be skipped.

Once, a person was blindly stumbling in the darkness. Now, holding a lamp, the path becomes clear. Keep the light on, and the way forward will be visible.

Sounds good, but I'm more concerned about how this 10,000 was forcibly increased to 38 million. No matter how strict the risk management is, you still have to hit a few bullish markets...

10,000 turned into 38 million sounds unbelievable, but the consistent fund management logic behind it is indeed sound. However, very few can execute it effectively.
