#数字资产生态回暖 Recently, there has been widespread speculation about Japan's interest rate hike expectations on December 19th. People say the arbitrage army is about to retreat, and the financial world is about to shake. I carefully analyzed the data and realized that the situation is not as exaggerated as it seems.

In fact, Japan has been adjusting its policies since 2024, with interest rates rising steadily from -0.1%, to 0.25%, and then to 0.5% in January. This is already the fourth rate hike. But on the other hand, even after multiple hikes, the 0.5% rate still remains at the bottom globally. The key point is — this rate hike cycle has lasted more than two years, and the true arbitrage funds should have already exited. Why are they only now making moves?

Various analysts' data are also quite calm. Even if there is some capital outflow, it’s probably around 2 trillion. In the context of the global financial scale, this amount of funds cannot stir up big waves. Many people jump to wild guesses just based on rumors, as if they haven't fully understood the situation before betting. Instead of being led by rumors, it’s better to put in some effort to verify data yourself and understand market logic. This is especially true in the crypto trading circle, which tests your eyesight — you need hard data to speak for itself.

I've seen through this trick a long time ago. A bunch of people were shouting about an earthquake, but the funds had already fled. Only now do they realize how serious it is.

There are too many people who just follow the crowd blindly; I stopped paying attention to this kind of rhetoric long ago. Two trillion yuan in the global scale is really just a drop in the bucket; there's no need to make it seem like the end of the world. I really dislike these panic articles aimed at retail investors; DYOR (Do Your Own Research) is the real way to go. Arbitrage funds have already moved out; now people are still calling for a mass exodus—it's a bit of late realization. Ultimately, it’s about on-chain data and wallet addresses speaking for themselves; empty talk is pointless.

Listening is exhausting, but data is king

There are too many people who just follow the crowd, really, every time it's just hype like this.

Another wave of false alarm, just hearsay and wind.

It's another story of "earthquake theory" being debunked, tired of hearing it. Really, the information gap in this circle is too big. In the face of hard data, those exaggerated voices have to shut up. Arbitrage funds should have already run away; why wait until now to create a topic? I agree, market logic is much more valuable than rumors. 2 trillion yuan really can't make a splash in the global financial system; those who understand know. Instead of being led by the rhythm, it's better to analyze the data yourself. Easy to say, hard to do. When will Japan's 0.5% interest rate also be called a rate hike cycle? This standard is too lenient.

It's another scare tactic rumor, I've said it long ago. There are too many people who just follow rumors blindly. Japan's 0.5% interest rate is nothing. There are no secrets in the data; analyzing the data yourself is way better than listening to influencers brag. 2 trillion in the global financial scale can't really move the market. Don't get caught up in being manipulated all the time. That's why I only look at candlestick charts and on-chain data. Rumors are just traps to deceive people.
