Skaramouchi predicts a "huge opportunity" for cryptocurrencies

During the Longitood conference, Skaramouchi emphasized the importance of raising awareness among lawmakers, noting that converting the traditional financial infrastructure to Ethereum and Solana could reduce verification costs by up to 75%, equivalent to 4 trillion dollars.

Christine Smith described 2025 as a year of unprecedented regulatory progress, with global policymakers racing to maintain innovation in the digital currency space locally.

Skaramouchi urged looking at the big picture as BlackRock, Blackstone, and J.P. Morgan advance in tokenization:

"Don’t view 2025 with a narrow perspective. Look at the enormous technological opportunity coming."

Institutional capital + clearer U.S. regulations = a strong environment for cryptocurrencies in 2026.
