#加密生态动态追踪 After so many years of trading cryptocurrencies, I am increasingly realizing a truth: in the end, it's not about how much technical analysis you understand, but whether you can stick to a few simple yet ruthless rules.$BNB $SOL

My transformation has been quite extreme—shifting from stacking indicators, chasing news, analyzing cycles with complex systems, to now using strict rules to shackles myself. It sounds contradictory, but this is the process of enlightenment.

Why is "enlightenment" essentially about doing less? Because when you first enter the market, you want to learn everything—indicators, news, cycles... but it only leads to confusion. Later, I realized that true experts are actually filtering and abandoning. They admit they can't understand most of the market’s fluctuations, but they firmly hold onto one or two truly understood market patterns.

I have summarized my six ironclad rules:

**Rule 1: Only make one type of profit**
Don’t dream of catching all the ups and downs. I focus solely on "bottom breakout" patterns. Master it, and when it appears, I act. No matter how tumultuous other market movements are, they don't concern me.

**Rule 2: Only watch price and volume**
Candlesticks are drawn by funds, and volume is accumulated money. Those other indicators? All rear-view mirrors. Cutting out the noise makes decision-making more efficient.

**Rule 3: Always keep reserves**
No matter how tempting the opportunity, I never allocate more than fifty percent of my position. Going all-in once ruins your mindset. Holding enough cash gives me the confidence to survive in this market.

**Rule 4: Prefer to watch it rise, but don't buy at high levels**
There are no must-have markets. If the price doesn’t meet my expectations, I wait. The cost of chasing highs will eventually be paid back with future profits.

**Rule 5: Never touch anything that violates my system**
I have my own buy standards. If conditions aren’t met, even if everyone online says it will surge, I stay put. Making money within my rules and framework ensures better sleep.

**Rule 6: Spend less time watching charts, more time reviewing**
Now I look at the market no more than three times a day, for about ten minutes each time. Most of the market time is garbage time. That time is better spent thinking about strategies and finding patterns—much more effective than staring at the screen.

In simple terms, enlightenment is about first solving "how not to lose money," then talking about "how to make money." Filter out ninety percent of temptations and distractions, and only decisively act on opportunities that truly belong to you. The market never rewards busy people; it only favors those who dare to heavily position themselves at critical moments and survive until that moment.

Seeing this at 3 AM, I have to say—behind this set of rules actually lies a second-order game of liquidity depth. Focusing solely on price and trading volume essentially involves identifying window periods of abnormal liquidity gaps, which is not simply a matter of discipline.

No matter how eloquently you speak, it’s useless. The key is whether you can withstand the pullback without cutting your losses—that’s the real skill.

You're right, discipline is life, and I have firsthand experience with this. Previously, I piled up a bunch of indicators, which led to even faster losses. Now, I stick strictly to three or five signals, and I end up lasting longer.

Exactly right, but execution ability is really the hard part. Most people understand these six points after reading them, but when faced with temptation, they forget everything. I'm that kind of person haha.
