SOL 4-Hour K-line Technical Analysis: Bullish Signals Emerge, Key Levels Overview

Abstract generation in progress

【Crypto World】Looking at SOL’s recent 4-hour trend, the price has experienced a significant increase compared to the evening of December 12 at 8:00 PM, and there’s been a rebound from the midday of the previous day. The last candlestick is a standard large bullish candle, with the closing price clearly outperforming the opening price, but since 4:00 AM on December 12, it has pulled back again.

In terms of trading volume, activity has been somewhat quiet. Over the past few hours, trading volume has been shrinking, and the price has been following suit, a typical volume-price downward trend — market activity needs to be improved.

The MACD shows no obvious trend, but the histogram has been in the negative zone and is gradually getting shorter, indicating that the bullish momentum is quietly strengthening. The KDJ indicator has not shown any golden or death cross signals, currently in a neutral state, oscillating around 51. From the pattern, it appears to be a divergence between volume and price under a downtrend background.

Based on technical analysis, short-term trading opportunities are as follows:

Buy Setup: The first entry point is at 129.39, the second at 128.0. The stop-loss for long positions is set at 128.74.

Sell Targets: The first target is 142.1, the second is 141.0. The stop-loss for short positions is at 142.81.

Key Support and Resistance: Recent support at 128.0, resistance at 141.0. Recent rebound high at 142.1, recent low at 129.39.

Overall, SOL’s bulls and bears are still vying within this range, but there are signs of the bulls gradually gathering strength. Pay attention to the breakout of the above key price levels.

volume tapering is the real tell here - bullish divergence without conviction... classic accumulation pattern before institutional onboarding kicks in. solana's infrastructure narrative still holds tbh

The key point to watch for is the shrinking trading volume. Having technical signals alone without accompanying volume has proven that this bullish rebound is prone to exhaustion. I need to test the levels at 129 and 128 to see if institutional funds are really entering.

With such low trading volume, still claiming a bullish trend feels like just pie in the sky.

Trading volume is shrinking, yet it still rises? Based on my analysis, this is mostly big players quietly positioning themselves, waiting for retail investors' FOMO to buy in... Risk warning: Personal speculation, not investment advice.

From the data performance, the shrinking trading volume signal is worth noting as it violates the traditional technical volume confirmation hypothesis. According to on-chain data, this kind of volume-price divergence has been proven to be fragile in a highly decentralized market environment.

Are you still calling for a bullish trend despite the shrinking volume? This market is too cold; let's wait and see before jumping in.
