#数字资产生态回暖 The recent market movements are indeed hard to see through. Volatility is high, opportunities are plentiful, but the risks are even greater.

I'm now more cautious with contracts, sticking to mainstream coins for trading, as others are too easy to get caught in traps. Small-cap assets can plunge with just one piece of bad news, so there's no need to wade into muddy waters.

On the other hand, spot trading feels more comfortable. I set buy points at low levels and leave them there. No need to watch the market every day, no chasing highs or selling lows, just focus on the long-term logic. It reduces a lot of anxiety compared to contracts and improves sleep quality (laughs).

To put it simply, market trends are inherently hard to predict. Instead of frequent trading, it's better to find a rhythm that suits you. Some people are suited for the quick reactions of contracts, while others prefer long-term holding of spot assets. The key is to recognize your own risk appetite.
