I was just rocking the baby to sleep

Suddenly I thought, if I hadn't had this kid
Then I would have more time to do what I want

But life has no "what ifs"

Looking back at my life
It seems I've been walking it out of necessity all along

The only thing that has changed is my mindset

Before, I would think that if it weren't for you
I wouldn't need to be like this
Blaming others and shifting responsibility onto them

But actually, the road is walked by oneself
Now I can face it with calmness

Life is only a few decades long
If I can't write my own script
Then I will face life's uncertainties with acceptance
