Ethereum short-term rally losing momentum; maintain a bullish outlook

On the daily chart, Ethereum's upward momentum is clearly waning, and the downside retracement space appears limited. Currently, it is in a typical range-bound consolidation pattern, with both bulls and bears showing obvious stalemate.

Looking at the 4-hour chart, the MACD is in a secondary convergence phase, and the short-term breakout direction depends on whether the medium-term level can effectively break through. Although the RSI indicates a mild upward movement from the bottom, the market response is limited; meanwhile, the KDJ lines diverging downward show that the bearish outlook still dominates.

The current strategy is to avoid blindly chasing rallies, as there are obvious trap setups during intra-day trading. It is recommended to focus on rebounds at high levels for trading.

Ethereum can consider short positions around 3130 and 3250 during rebounds, with targets around 3040 and 3000.
