What is Midnight Network?
Midnight Network (Token: NIGHT) is a blockchain/sidechain network focused on "Selective Disclosure" privacy.

Total Supply: 2.4 billion (24 billion) core functions:

1. Generate DUST: Holding NIGHT continuously produces DUST (capacity resources needed for transactions/contract execution). Note: this is not "burning NIGHT to pay," but holding NIGHT → producing DUST → using DUST to execute transactions.
2. Block production and network security: NIGHT holders, node/block producers can earn rewards according to network design.
3. Governance rights: future use for governance, including proposals, protocol upgrades, treasury management, etc.

· About 50% allocated to qualified holders in the Cardano ecosystem;
