Arbitrum is an independent Layer 2 network built on Ethereum, and assets need to be bridged through a cross-chain bridge. Moving your crypto assets to Arbitrum is simple—connect your wallet, select the token, pay a small fee, and once the transaction is confirmed, your assets will be available on the Arbitrum network. This bridging mechanism is key to enabling asset flow between different blockchains, allowing users to flexibly switch between the mainnet and Layer 2.

The bridging fee is really getting cheaper and cheaper, it's practically a bargain compared to last year.

Is bridging really that simple? Are the fees really that low? Why do I always get ripped off?

Bridging is indeed convenient, but sometimes the gas fees can be a scam. They promised small transaction fees but ended up charging a hefty amount.

Is bridging really that simple? Why do I have to wait so long every time I transfer, and the fees aren't cheap either.
