I find it difficult to pinpoint its model, as it claims to have a 1:1 equity peg (which cannot currently be verified) and also has PERP (with a points system suggesting an Airdrop, encouraging wash trading). It seems contradictory to me, compliant yet opaque, with real equity but without strict KYC requirements. It should be clear that "anonymous shareholding" does not exist. If MSX does not require KYC.
