The market has already fallen over 2000 points from the high. When the US stock market opened at night, Bitcoin continued to decline and hovered near the intraday low. The current key support level is around 86,500; if broken, the next line of defense is at 86,000. If 86,000 can hold, the rebound potential may target the 87,500-88,000 range.

From a technical perspective, the candlestick chart shows a bearish engulfing pattern, and the price has fallen below the moving averages. The short-term moving averages are somewhat bearish, and the overall upward momentum is weakening. However, there is a detail—some indicators are still in the neutral zone and not fully resonating with the bearish pattern, which weakens the certainty of a decline. Trading volume has not kept pace, so the reliability of technical signals remains to be seen. The four-hour chart shows a consolidation phase with obvious deceleration of momentum, and the direction remains unclear. The price is gradually approaching the strong support zone at 84,400, which is a key previous platform with structural support significance. Overall, in this oscillating market, relying on important support levels for bottom fishing aligns with current market characteristics.

Trading reference:
Bitcoin: Focus on the resistance around 87,800-88,300. If it is pushed back, the next target is near 85,000.
Ethereum: Watch the resistance in the 2,960-2,980 range. If it is blocked back, support can be considered around 2,700.

Breaking 86,500 still depends on 86,000. It feels like this wave will drop back to 84,400 again... With such weak trading volume, the rebound space is limited.
