Some Web3 industry professionals have pointed out that the EU Digital Services Act's "zero tolerance" approach has issues. This idea of directly eliminating certain speech or products fundamentally reflects a suppression of diverse viewpoints. A truly free society should not focus on erasing controversial content — quite the opposite, it should allow different voices to coexist. A one-size-fits-all regulatory stance will ultimately stifle innovation and freedom of expression, which is especially detrimental to fields like blockchain that require open discussion.

The EU's one-size-fits-all approach is really extreme. Do they have to eliminate all the "disobedient" ones to be satisfied? Blockchain relies on open discussion to survive, and doing it this way will only lead to failure sooner or later.
