Zillow profits massively from their financing division, leading to over $3,000,000,000 in loans issued in 2024.
Zillow is being sued in the state of Washington in Armstrong v Zillow. The plaintiff was led to believe that she would be forced to use Zillow's Home Loan Services and wasn't informed of potential cheaper alternatives.
