#美国SEC代币化股票交易计划 $RIVER At 3 a.m., my phone kept vibrating nonstop. As soon as I answered the call, my friend's voice was a bit trembling: "I opened a 20x position with 10,000 U, and it only dropped 5%, but my account is gone. Is this really normal?"

I pulled up his trading record and took a quick look—almost all-in on a single position, with no stop-loss set. I immediately understood what was going on.

This trap is one that many people in the crypto market have fallen for. They think that going all-in makes them more resistant to drops, but it’s actually the opposite—going all-in only accelerates your destruction.

**Position size vs. leverage, the real killer is this**

Many focus on leverage multiples, but the root of the problem lies in position size. Comparing some numbers makes it clear:

With 1,000 U in hand, using 900 U to open a 10x leverage position, a 5% market move against you can wipe out your account. But with the same 10x leverage, if you only use 100 U, it takes a 50% move against you to wipe out.

My friend was stuck at this point—too heavy a position, with no buffer space. Slight market movements could wipe out his account.

**My three dead rules for not blowing up my account in half a year**

To double your account without blowing up, follow these three strict rules:

**First: No single position should exceed 20% of total funds.**
If you have 100,000 U, never take more than 20,000 U in one trade. Even if your judgment is completely wrong, set a stop-loss at 10%, and your loss would be only 2,000 U—just a minor injury, not fatal.

**Second: No single loss should exceed 3% of total funds.**
For example, with a 20,000 U position at 10x leverage, a 1.5% stop-loss results in a loss of about 300 U. Even if you make several wrong trades, your account can still survive.

**Third: Do not trade during no-trend periods, and do not add to positions when making profits.**
Only trade confirmed breakout trends, and endure sideways movements even if the market shakes to the core. Discipline is the moat protecting your principal.

So when should you go all-in? There’s only one answer: with a light position, combined with strict risk control, leaving enough room for market volatility to breathe.

A fan of mine had a monthly blow-up a while ago, but after following this set of rules, starting with 5,000 U, he grew it to 80,000 U in three months. He told me something I still remember:

"Before, going all-in was like gambling your life. Now I understand—going all-in is actually about surviving longer."

$B $UAI What does the crypto world competition really compare to? It’s not about who earns faster, but who survives longer. Stop guessing market trends, and focus more on position management. Moving slowly can actually take you further.

There's nothing wrong with what you're saying, but how many people can actually do it? I'm the kind of person who knows that 20% position is right, but still can't resist going all-in, haha.

Going all-in with 20x leverage without a stop-loss isn't bravery, it's seeking death.

Really, going all-in with 20x leverage without setting a stop-loss is just asking for death. Who can I blame then?

That guy with full position really should check this out, but probably won't change after seeing it—gamblers' mentality is just like that.

It's the same theory again, it's correct but I've heard it too many times. The key is execution—most people simply can't stick to discipline.

Going all-in with 20x leverage without setting a stop loss is really outrageous... No wonder it was gone with just 5% loss.

Going all-in with full position is really crazy; my friend lost 5%, and I feel sorry for him.

Going all-in with 20x leverage without a stop-loss— isn't that just a suicidal all-in move?

Really, this guy is a typical gambler mindset. Going all-in with leverage will eventually lead to a collapse.
