#数字资产动态追踪 Many people think that making profits with contracts is very simple—just get the direction right, and you'll make steady money.

I have to be honest with you, this idea is too naive.

The year I first entered the market, I lost 730,000 in just half a year. What's the most heartbreaking part? All my market judgments were damn accurate. Yet, my account kept declining and eventually shrank to almost zero.

Later, flipping through my settlement records repeatedly, I realized—I wasn't losing to the market trends; I was being beaten badly by three classic tricks used by the market manipulators.

**Trick 1: Impatient, rushing in too early**

When the market just started moving, I couldn't help but want to open a position. Seeing a breakout pattern, I would go all-in, only to be stopped out by a spike before I even got comfortable. What kind of thing is this?

**Trick 2: Stop-loss stuck, like a piece of wood**

Many traders are used to fixed stop-loss points of 3% or 5%, but they don't realize that contract volatility can sometimes start at ten times that. Your small stop-loss space is just a snack in the eyes of the market manipulators. I was once swept out three times by "false breakouts," watching the price surge in my predicted direction, but I was already kicked out of the game.

That was when I realized: stop-loss can’t be a fixed number; it must be adjusted according to the volatility rhythm, not driven by your fear or greed.

**Trick 3: Going all-in, betting with your life**

Going all-in, in simple terms, is putting your account’s fate on one single bet. Even if your direction is 100% correct, just a few reverse K-line movements can wipe out your balance, and the notification of zero balance will float over you. That night I got liquidated and saw my account go to zero, I was nailed to my chair, unable to move.

After that, I set three ironclad rules for myself:

1. **Never go all-in, always split your position into three parts**—so even if you hit a trap once, you won't die.
2. **Follow the volatility with your stop-loss, don’t stick to fixed points**—learn to breathe, don’t always hold your breath.
3. **Don’t open a position without a clear plan; holding cash is also a position**—the most expensive mistake I made was being forced to act.

Following this framework, I managed to escape the nightmare of continuous liquidation and now can consistently place profitable trades. It took about a year. My account then tripled in size.

The real winners in the crypto world are not those who are the best at reading charts. It’s those who can survive until the end and still smile while watching the market. Staying alive is always the top priority.

In the contract trading path, it’s easy to go astray if you just blindly work alone. Finding the right mindset and method is the key to avoiding unnecessary detours.

730,000, bro, how many K-lines did that save... Well said, being alive is more important than anything else.

730,000. Wow, how many months' salary would it take to make that back? Just thinking about it is nerve-wracking. How should I put it, I've also fallen into the trap of fixed stop-loss points, it's just stubbornness. Tripling the account sounds great, but the process is definitely worse than death. No one can advise against all-in bets; you only understand after you blow up once. It feels like most people die from anxiety and impulsiveness, not from wrong direction judgment. So, staying alive and watching the market is really more important than anything else.

$730,000 just disappeared like that, truly unbelievable... But on the other hand, stop-loss is indeed the Achilles' heel for most people.

730,000. Wow, how strong must one's mindset be to turn that into triple? I need to learn from this.

730,000 lost and still able to turn things around, this guy is really ruthless. I can't do it; after a full position loss, I just lost the mood to watch the market.

730,000, huh? How many lessons does it really take to figure that out? --- Even with the correct market judgment, still losing money—that's ridiculous. It shows that the direction isn't the decisive factor at all. --- I've also tried to change the bad habit of going all-in for a long time. It's easiest to make mistakes when your fingertips are itchy. --- The phrase "being able to stay alive and watch the market with a smile" hits hard. Losing money is easy; staying alive is the real challenge. --- I have deep experience with fixed stop-loss points. Once you get swept by a false breakout, you can never go back. --- My friend still hasn't quit the all-in strategy. His account is now bouncing on the edge of zeroing out repeatedly. --- Splitting into three parts—this approach is simple and crude, but it's a bit hard to control and not keep adding. --- Tripling your investment in a year is no lie, but the premise is surviving that half-year phase of 730,000. Most people don't have that patience.

730,000 lost in one night? I told you, this market isn't simple, and just surviving is already winning half the battle.
