It seems contradictory, right? Actually, looking at historical trends, this is precisely a positive signal—chip dispersion and rising prices often indicate more room for upward movement. It suggests that large investors are not concentrated in dumping, and retail investors are gradually participating. Under these circumstances, the price usually continues to rise.
