"Health is everything, money doesn't matter." Sounds noble, right? But here's the thing—who's really saying that? Usually people with a solid paycheck or a trust fund.

Let's cut through it. When you're broke, money IS health. Period. It's the difference between buying decent food and cheap junk that leaves you malnourished. It's whether you can afford to sleep eight hours instead of working three jobs and destroying your nervous system. It's having enough to actually relax instead of being crushed by constant financial anxiety.

You can't "mindfulness" your way out of hunger. You can't meditate away the stress from wondering how you'll pay rent. Real talk: financial stability directly fuels physical and mental wellbeing. Once basic security kicks in, then yeah, other factors matter. But the order matters. Without money security, health becomes a luxury.

Exactly right, this is reality. Those who talk about "health first" all day are the guys with plenty of funds in their accounts, talking nonsense the most. When you're broke, you're not even qualified to discuss health concepts; let's first be able to fill your stomach. Health is a luxury when you're broke, this sentence hits the mark. Financial anxiety crushes people faster than any disease.

Well said. Only those who have truly lived a life below the poverty line understand this truth.

Real gold and silver are the best health supplements. Those guys who say money isn't important have already achieved financial freedom.

You're so right. Statements like "money doesn't matter" are just a luxury for the wealthy. When you have no money, there's no time to worry about meditation and health. First, pay the rent.

Well said. Those who loudly proclaim that health comes first have really never experienced the days when rent is suffocatingly high. When people have no money, they don't care about health preservation; surviving comes first. Not everyone can "meditate and become healthy," some people are truly so poor that they don't have time to get sick.

Really, those who say "health is the most important, money doesn't matter," I bet five yuan that they are all earning over ten thousand a month. When people have no money, they don't care about health preservation at all; being able to eat enough is already a win. You get what you pay for; even eating has to be timed and budgeted. How can you talk about physical and mental health? This is reality. Don't pretend.

This is so damn true. Those who say money isn't important are all people who already have money pretending to be profound. --- Just sitting here reciting scriptures, no money—how can you work out or eat well? I just want to know. --- Wake up, everyone. Eat your fill first before talking to me about meditation and health practices. --- That's why I hate those feel-good stories. When you're hungry, no one can teach you to let go. --- Exactly. Anxiety about not having money can't be meditated away. Address basic needs first, then worry about everything else. --- You hit the nail on the head. Financial security is the foundation of all health. If this order is reversed, the entire logic collapses.
