Vietnam and India are both long-term investment sectors I am optimistic about, but the pace of returns differs significantly. Vietnam has a relatively tight investment cycle, making the return timeline easier to grasp. It's not just about on-paper gains, but more importantly about a deeper understanding of the local market.
I have spent a lot of time studying Vietnam's policy environment, industry trends, and consumer ecosystem. This in-depth understanding leads to a clearer perception of risks. In comparison, although the Indian market has great potential, its complexity and information asymmetry are much higher.
To be honest, I have a stronger desire to invest in Vietnam. I am not only willing to spend time on investment research but also considering living there for a period. This certainty in understanding is crucial for long-term allocation.

Vietnam is really easy to get started with, while India's system is too complicated, and the information gap is huge.

Vietnam is indeed easier to grasp than India, but it still depends on whether your information channels are reliable.
Without having stayed there, no matter how much research you do, it's hard to say if you truly understand it.
I'm also paying attention to India, but you're right, there's too much information warfare.
Vietnam's consumer ecosystem is definitely worth exploring.

ngl the "moving to vietnam to understand the market" move is peak crypto investor energy... imagine doing that level of due diligence for actual onchain analysis lol. respect the depth though, most people just throw darts at emerging markets and call it research

Vietnam is indeed easy to copy, but once you live there, you realize how deep the pitfalls are.

India is really a deep pit, with a huge information gap and too much gambling involved. Vietnam is still a safer bet.
