CoinVoice latest learned that, according to Venezuelan media reports, on the evening of January 5th local time, heavy gunfire and explosions were heard in the city center of Caracas, including areas near the Presidential Palace.
Other reports suggest that there may have been drone or aircraft flying sounds, triggering the activation of air defense systems. Some areas have experienced power outages. The Venezuelan government has not yet issued a statement regarding this.
