Well-known rapper Drake is in trouble. The Eastern District of Virginia Federal Court recently received a class-action lawsuit against him, accusing Drake of collaborating with internet celebrity Adin Ross and others to promote the crypto casino platform Stake, and allegedly manipulating traffic through improper means.
According to the complaint, Drake and others are accused of abusing the "tips" feature on the Stake platform to conceal the true flow of funds. More seriously, these funds were used to support music botting activities—simply put, artificially increasing play counts with bots. Such operations are considered violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), which is no small charge.
This lawsuit involves multiple parties, and the underlying issues are not just about promotional activities but also involve the funding chain, platform rule abuse, and potential market manipulation. For controversial platforms like crypto casinos, partnering with well-known figures naturally attracts attention, and now being embroiled in legal disputes further amplifies their influence.

Drake is causing trouble again, this time probably messing things up.
Really daring to sue with RICO, this guy is probably in for some trouble.
Bots boosting views combined with a casino... anyone in their shoes would be finished with this combo.
Stake really dares to have a big celebrity endorse them, now probably regretting it.
Speaking of which, if the funding chain gets exposed, others in the circle will be trembling.

Drake's move is really brilliant—using tips for money laundering and boosting views? How capable do you have to be to pull that off?

Drake this time is really outrageous, using tips for money laundering, creating bots to inflate views, and even involving the RICO Act. They're really going all out.

Drake is back at it again, using casino promotions + botting + RICO Act—this combo really is something else...
---
Is it so obvious that the Stake platform relies on celebrity endorsements?
---
Using tips to launder money and boost song plays is ruthless, but getting caught is just karma.
---
I just want to know if Adin is also going to suffer...
---
Once the RICO charges are confirmed, Drake might really be in trouble.
---
Where's the promised promotion? Instead, they're manipulating the funding chain here. The speed at which Web3 celebrities fall from grace is truly astonishing.
---
Everyone in the industry knows about botting and boosting, but no one expected it to be so blatant.

Haha, Drake also got into trouble. This broken platform Stake really can harm people.
---
Fake view bots + RICO Act, brother, you're playing with fire now.
---
I knew Adin Ross and those people were suspicious. Now it's exposed, right?
---
Cryptocurrency casinos hiring celebrities as endorsers, and this is the result. Serves them right.
---
Money laundering + botting all-in-one, the tricks run deep.
---
Does Drake have enough money to cover his lawsuits? Haha.
---
When will Stake go offline? This platform is just a trap.
---
RICO is no joke. This time, it's really going to be over.
---
Tips and view bots again. I just want to know how many celebrities are involved.
---
Watching a good show. Traditional finance doesn't have this many tricks.
