Abstract generation in progress

Deep Tide TechFlow News, January 6th, according to Jinshi Data reports, due to the addition of image editing features used by users to generate pornographic content, Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company xAI’s chatbot “Grok (Grok)” has recently reignited controversy. This chaos immediately sparked public outrage. On the 5th, Thomas Rénier, a spokesperson for the European Commission responsible for digital economy affairs, responded that they are “seriously investigating” the complaints related to “Grok”. “The so-called ‘Hot Mode’ launched by ‘Grok’ not only displays explicit sexual content, but some generated content also features child-like characteristics. This is not ‘hot content’ at all, but illegal behavior, which is shocking. Such things have no place in Europe.” On the same day, the UK’s cybersecurity regulator, the Communications Authority, stated that they have noted users’ concerns about the aforementioned features, “and have urgently contacted X (the platform) and xAI to understand what specific measures they are taking to fulfill their legal obligations to protect UK users,” and will determine whether there are “potential compliance issues worth investigating” based on their responses.
