Chainlink Money Flow Indicator (CMF) is a widely used technical indicator tool in cryptocurrency asset analysis. It helps traders assess the relative strength of buying and selling pressure by tracking price fluctuations and volume data. When evaluating short-term asset trends and market participation, CMF provides intuitive visual signals—green indicates buyer dominance, while red signifies seller dominance. This indicator is especially useful for traders aiming to precisely time their entries and exits, particularly in the Web3 era where on-chain data analysis is becoming increasingly important.

CMF really is just about guessing the rise or fall based on color. Honestly, I think it's better to just look at candlestick charts.

I've been using it for a while, but to be honest, switching between green and red so quickly is hard to keep up with, haha.

CMF is useful, but it's easy to be tricked by the manipulators... Seeing the green light and rushing in, only to get trapped directly.

I'm already tired of the green and red set; it's more reliable to combine on-chain data.

Green and red switching, to put it simply, is about watching what the main players are doing. Once you understand CMF, you can indeed reduce the number of times you get chopped up.

Honestly, CMF looks pretty good, but can it really achieve precise bottom-fishing with this? I'm still a bit skeptical... No matter how bright the green and red lights are, they can't withstand a black swan.

Bro, CMF really works well. I made a lot of money from this traffic light, but sometimes it can be deceptive.

This indicator is indeed useful, but the key is whether you can withstand the fluctuations and truly understand the logic behind those green and red flashes.

Trading based on traffic lights? Easy to say, but in practice, who hasn't lost money...
