Ethereum Layer 2 network Polygon is close to acquiring the US Bitcoin ATM operator Coinme, with a transaction price expected to be between $100 million and $125 million. Architect Partners is serving as an advisor for Coinme's sale. Coinme launched its first licensed Bitcoin ATM on May 1, 2014.
