Looking at the recent market movements, it's really a test of patience. Bitcoin dropped from over 91,750 all the way down to 89,242, then rebounded back to around 91,400 to fluctuate; Ethereum followed a similar pattern, oscillating around 3,183, with a low of 3,052, and now back around 3,140.

Yesterday morning, my strategy was to go long on Bitcoin between 90,000-90,500 and on Ethereum between 3,100-3,120. But honestly, the rebound strength has been quite weak, and the profit margins aren't as generous as expected.

Here's my actual trading situation: Today, I entered three long positions and one short position on Bitcoin. In the afternoon, I took profits twice at 1209 points. The position I entered in the evening was a bit off, and although I added to it once to barely break even, I was stopped out with a 1,000-point loss, which was quite painful. For Ethereum, I closed two long positions after gaining 70 points each.

From a technical perspective, the four-hour chart shows that after three consecutive bearish candles, there's been a small rebound, but the Bollinger Bands' middle line is still moving downward, indicating a predominantly bearish trend, which makes trading difficult. The one-hour chart is even more straightforward: after a large bullish candle broke through the middle Bollinger Band, the upward momentum started to weaken, and the bulls couldn't push further. Resistance above remains quite heavy.

Therefore, the upcoming strategy is to focus on short positions at high levels. Specifically, Bitcoin can be shorted around 92,000-92,500 with a target near 89,000; Ethereum can be shorted around 3,150-3,180 with a target near 3,050. Market fluctuations are normal; the key is to stick to your strategy, stay rational, and see every wave as an opportunity to reassess.
