Recently, during collaborations with the wallet team, I have interacted with many professionals, including members of the wallet security department. Their way of working left a deep impression on me—highly professional, always prioritizing user safety.

Among them, two technical leads stood out in my memory. I have had indirect cooperation with one of them, and direct project coordination experience with the other.

Regarding their characteristics, first of all, they have a solid technical foundation. Whether it’s server security architecture or supply chain security checks, it’s clear they put a lot of effort into their work—meticulous and thorough. Secondly, their work attitude is quite stable, and during communication, they speak in a gentle and friendly tone, making the entire interaction very comfortable.

But there’s also an interesting aspect: their obsession with technical details sometimes exceeds the norm. They delve deeply into the technical implementation plans of project teams and insist on manually verifying each one. This level of rigor clearly surpasses common review standards. Perhaps this is the professional trait of security experts—when it comes to ensuring user asset safety, there’s no such thing as “good enough.”

This is the right attitude. When it comes to security, you really can't adopt a "close enough" philosophy.

This is what a proper security audit should look like. I totally agree with manually verifying every detail—those claims that automation tools can solve everything are bound to fail eventually due to reentrancy vulnerabilities or permission control flaws. I've seen too many projects try to take shortcuts, only to discover integer overflow issues after the contract is deployed and live, and by then it's too late to regret. These two are clearly knowledgeable and are conducting the review based on formal verification methods.

This work attitude is truly what should be picked. The phrase "close enough" has been pierced through.

This is true professionalism; not minding trouble is what it means to be responsible.

This kind of dedication is the right attitude, and a team that isn't afraid of trouble is reliable.

This is the real security audit—manually verifying each technical solution. The RSI indicator is almost off the charts, yet they are still conducting in-depth investigations. Such rigor indeed exceeds the conventional standards.
