In the Solana ecosystem, the composition of personnel launching projects actually varies greatly — among 40 core participants, the overlap of early project contributors is actually no more than a few. This is the purpose of Labs: it is not only a funding entity but more of an "unlocker."
Labs' core functions are very clear — investing in promising projects, supporting open-source code development, and even directly incubating startup teams from zero to one. The goal is simple: to help builders within the ecosystem turn their ideas into reality.
Interestingly, Mobile is just a microcosm of this ecosystem acceleration. It is not the first, and certainly will not be the last. The imagination of the Solana ecosystem extends far beyond this.

In plain terms, Labs is a key catalyst, not just a typical VC firm. I like that.
But on the other hand, only a few of the 40 core participants overlap. How dispersed does that make it... Is it a good thing or a hidden risk?

This move in the SOL ecosystem is truly brilliant, not just about throwing money, but genuinely helping to turn ideas into products.

The logic of this "unlocker" in Solana is actually quite clever. The rapid turnover keeps the ecosystem vibrant, which is quite impressive.

The strategy in the SOL ecosystem is truly excellent. The high personnel turnover actually indicates a vibrant ecosystem. Labs is the key "midwife" role in this.

Basically, Solana is playing the personnel movement game, and Labs acting as the "unlocker" is quite clever.

Solana's gameplay is indeed amazing, and the unlocker positioning is much more reliable than just a pure financing party.
