21% bullish... These numbers say it all; most people are just gambling. BTC's recent rally hasn't really broken through effectively; technically, there's a lack of genuine buying support, and it's no different from the several false breakouts back in the day.

ETH bouncing back and forth between these two price levels is even more ridiculous. Such a volatile pattern usually indicates a transfer of control, but trading pairs with unclear authority control are easily mistaken for ATMs, and the risk is significant.
