#2026年比特币价格展望 Chasing rallies and killing dips—how many people's trading nightmares are there?
When the market is highly volatile, the most fragile mindset is easily shattered. Watching $BTC hit the daily limit up, with no holdings, makes you want to rush in and buy the dip; seeing stock prices plunge, and before you can react, the chips are already in your hands. At such times, there are only two words in your mind—regret.
But the problem is, what you regret are often those wrong decisions. When chasing rallies, the risk of catching a high is right in front of you; when killing dips, the cost of cutting losses at a low is waiting behind.
How do truly profitable traders do it? They have their own trading system. When faced with volatility, they don't operate randomly based on feelings but follow signals strictly from their system. They act when it's time to act, and stay patiently on the sidelines when it's not. Rationally analyzing market trends and going with the flow—that's the correct approach to dealing with market conditions.

That hits too close to home. I'm the kind of person who gets itchy every time I see a rise, but I can't hold onto the coins.

Isn't that just describing me? Every time it's the same story - chasing highs and cutting losses.

nah this is just describing what happens when you let MEV-adjacent thinking bleed into retail trading... system discipline matters, sure, but most people don't even understand *why* their system fails under actual volatility. watching people panic-sell is basically watching validator attrition in slow motion lol

That's right, I'm the fool who bought in at the high point, and I'm still stuck in it.

Oh no, it's that same saying "You can earn with a system"... My system was also perfect until the day it hit a black swan and automatically shut down.

To be honest, I'm the kind of rookie who gets easily exploited. When I think prices will go up, I want to buy in; when I think they'll go down, I want to sell out. As a result, I end up losing big.

That's right, I'm the sucker who bought in high and couldn't sleep at night.

That's true, but who can really suppress that FOMO desire? When the hands get itchy, even the system can't be trusted.
