Just spotted a job posting from that Web3 project and noticed—they're literally hiring for head of social media roles with pretty relaxed requirements. Honestly, Web3 doesn't care about your LinkedIn perfection or corporate polish the way traditional companies do. If you've got energy, some creativity, and genuine interest? You've got a shot. It's kinda wild how the industry has room for everyone, even the unconventional types. That's the vibe Web3 brings—professional credentials matter way less than what you can actually bring to the table.

Sounds pretty realistic. Web3 is indeed much more relaxed than traditional companies, but on the other hand, this kind of "relaxed requirement" often also means overtime is through the roof.

Is hiring in Web3 this casual? It feels way better than traditional companies.

Wow, this is the recruitment model I like. I finally don't have to be tortured by LinkedIn anymore.

Haha, I know this well. Anyway, Web3 projects are just looking to see if you can help them attract traffic; education background doesn't really matter.

This is what I want to hear. The hypocritical HR screening system used by traditional big companies should have been dismantled long ago.

Web3 truly offers many people opportunities. Compared to the fake perfect resumes of traditional big companies, what matters here is what you can do.
