I've been saying this for years now: bombarding your feed with hundreds of posts daily is a surefire way to tank your reach. And the data confirms it. Heavy posting frequency doesn't translate to better visibility—quite the opposite. The algorithm punishes noise. When you're constantly flooding people's feeds, engagement actually drops, your content gets buried, and your account loses traction. Quality over quantity has always been the real play in building a genuine audience.

Constantly flooding the feed is just asking for trouble. The algorithm can easily detect you're spamming content, which actually lowers your ranking.

Oh my god, someone finally said it. All my friends who used to post over ten times a day now nobody pays attention.

Oh my brother, this is exactly what I've been wanting to say! Spamming posts is basically a suicidal strategy; the algorithm will just crush you.

Every day, it's all about suicidal operations; I've seen through it a long time ago.
