Getting along with high emotional intelligence people
Really feels very comfortable!!!
Getting along with high emotional intelligence people Really allows you to learn things!!!
Just finished lunch with my former boss. The boss is in front-end development and has to socialize every day. No wonder he's the boss—his remarks at the dinner table completely shocked me! His emotional intelligence is off the charts!
The boss arrived a bit late, but we all didn't mind, knowing he's very busy.
As soon as the boss entered, he delivered a thunderous opening: Thank you all for waiting! I thought he would say, "Sorry for being late," but that sentence was directly elevated.
Follow-up toasts and exchanges, no praise like "you're very strong" or "you're amazing," just "you have great potential," "nothing ventured, nothing gained." Very sincere, not exaggerated, but after hearing it, it just feels really good inside.
High emotional intelligence is really so important. My current emotional intelligence issues are too big, I still need to study hard!
