I can see everyone is quite pessimistic about the market trend, which is understandable—crypto has indeed been difficult to trade recently. I'm here to encourage everyone today.

January is already half over, and in this half month, gold has contributed over 60% of my profits to me. That is to say, the combined profit ratio of BTC ETH spot➕ and contracts is only 40%. Take a look at the trend comparison in Figure 1 and you'll understand.

Poor market conditions are a fact, but this market has always been about "enduring the valleys to catch the peaks." Buffett said "when opportunity comes, bring a bucket not a thimble." To capture the excess returns of a bull market, you must withstand the volatility grinding of a bear market.

The current confusion and torment are essentially the market screening for truly long-term players. Having one more moment of patience and one more layer of positioning than others allows you to seize the initiative when the market reverses. This isn't the first time I've experienced this grueling market—the conditions in late 2018 and early 2019 were much more boring than now, but looking back after enduring through it, that was a golden pit.
