On the third day of entering the circle, let's talk about my new understanding of blockchain
Actually, after a few days of getting involved in cryptocurrency, I increasingly feel that blockchain is quite interesting. It’s not just an empty concept, but really solving some practical problems.
For example, it breaks the monopoly of central banks and various intermediaries in traditional finance. Direct peer-to-peer transactions mean you don’t need a third party, making fund flows more direct. Plus, using cryptography to ensure transaction security and ownership verification—this mechanism is very cleverly designed.
Coupled with the proof-of-work consensus mechanism, it allows nodes in a distributed network to reach agreement—this is truly a key innovation for decentralized systems.
Take Bitcoin as an example, its total supply is fixed at 21 million coins. This design fundamentally guarantees its scarcity and naturally provides anti-inflation properties. Transaction history is transparent, tamper-proof, and transactions can be conducted anonymously… All these features together build a completely new value transfer system.
I feel like I’ve just started, and there’s still a lot to learn. Do any experts have any suggestions?

Starting to talk about consensus mechanisms on the third day of entering the circle—I like this confidence... Theoretically, it should be feasible. Let's see after you actually run a node.

Started understanding the way on the third day, that's impressive haha
Wait, are you sure those 21 million tokens can really resist inflation? Let me check the on-chain data before I say anything.
