Why do contracts always lose money in your hands? It's not that complicated.
Some people are losing every day, clearly knowing they should cut losses but stubbornly holding on, resulting in small losses turning into big ones. This is not the market's fault, nor is it the行情. The real problem is in the mirror.
What does it take to make money in contracts? It's not following the trend, nor is it luck. The core is one word—discipline. Once emotions start to dominate your operations, the market will consume you completely. The most vulnerable time for your account is when it’s falling; the best thing to do then is to stop, not to keep losing and try to make it back.
The next wave of market opportunities is right in front of you. Whether you can seize it depends entirely on whether you have truly changed. Execution, risk management, and emotional control—none of these can be missing.

That's right, I'm the fool who stubbornly held on, knowing I should cut losses but still trying one more time, ending up with a huge loss.

Basically, it's about not being able to control your hands. When you lose, you want to turn it around, and then the account is gone.

There's nothing wrong with that, but knowing what's easy and doing it is difficult. When it really comes to losing money, everyone just wants to break even, and rationality is thrown out the window.
