I've seen quite a few project teams' Alpha plans, and the logic is indeed interesting. Early on, there was a participation space below 1.5 million, but now the threshold has been raised to 5 million. To be honest, the trend is becoming more crowded, but those with a keen eye can still seize opportunities.
