Sunyuchen announces a strategic investment of 8 million USD in River to support its integration within the TRON ecosystem and the deployment of its cross-chain abstract stablecoin infrastructure. According to disclosures, River will introduce cross-ecosystem assets and liquidity into TRON through satUSD. satUSD can be minted on a 1:1 basis using USDT, USDD, or USD1, or backed by assets from different blockchains, enabling users to directly participate in high-yield opportunities native to TRON. satUSD is planned to be used alongside USDT and USDD in stablecoin liquidity pools on SUN, with its price oracle provided by WinkLink. Additionally, satUSD will be launched on JUST for lending scenarios. This integration will cover core assets including USDT, TRX, wBTC, BTT, JST, SUN, WIN, and NFTs, with native sTRX staking yields serving as the initial entry point. River also plans to launch Smart Vault and Prime Vault targeted at institutions, offering yield-generating products for stablecoins, TRX, and other core assets within the TRON ecosystem. River states that this investment will further solidify its role as a core infrastructure within the TRON ecosystem, promoting the scalable development of liquidity, yield opportunities, and on-chain activity.
