The document shows that this category of loans carries an annual interest rate of 4%–8%, has no fixed maturity date, but the lender may demand repayment at any time after providing written notice. Gemini’s historical cumulative borrowing from Winklevoss Capital has exceeded 1.1 million BTC and 133,000 ETH.
